What We Do

Remodeling: No matter the room, no matter the size, we’re happy to tackle your remodeling project. If you’re looking for a specialized remodeling firm, someone who can handle your creative vision for your space, then look no further than Cherry Creek. With over 50 years of residential remodeling experience, there’s no project we can’t handle.

Homes: We work with you closely to make sure your vision becomes a reality. We then build your home using our own dedicated group of carpenters and vetted sub- contractors to facilitate the construction of your home.

Kitchen & Bath: You may remember that Cherry Creek used to be Cherry Creek Cabinet Works. For years our focus was Kitchens and Bathrooms, needless to say, that’s still an area where we offer unprecedented expertise. The Kitchen & Bath arm of Cherry Creek can help you with any project, big or small, and deliver the same high-quality, customer oriented results as any other project.

Commercial New Construction and Remodeling: From a simple office remodel to an entire building, we have the expertise to design, specify and execute the project. Reception desks, board rooms, conference rooms, unique work spaces, custom tables, etc. Our design creativity will insure that your firm will be represented in the most professional manner, no matter the project.

The Cherry Creek Design Process

Visit or Call Cherry Creek

• Schedule an appointment with Cherry Creek to visit about your project.

• Bring photos of the space along with any inspiration of how you envision it.

SHOWROOM VISIT

• One hour showroom meeting to discover scope of work.

• Define a wants and needs list.

• Timeline and general budgeting will be discussed.

• Schedule a site visit (scope and discovery.)

  • $150 for the first room.

  • $50 for each additional room.

Scope & discovery meeting

• Take field measurements.

• Photographing and documenting the space.

• Consider the limitations of mechanical’s and other obstructions.

• Schedule next budget and conceptual plan meeting.

Budget & Conceptual Plan Meeting

• Conceptual design and Three-Column Budget presentation.

• Discuss and sign the 8% (of the agreed upon budget) design retainer.

  • The design retainer is applied to purchases on the final invoice.

Design Phase

• KITCHEN: Five to seven weeks.

• BATHROOM: Four to six weeks.

• One meeting per week for design and product selections.

• Labor estimates will be completed and compiled.

Contract

• Final budget, with labor costs, is presented along with design and product selections.

• Down payment will be required at this time in order to move forward with the contract.

• Contract is signed and your dreams start becoming a reality!
